I would like to commend Charlie Robbins for his professionalism and attention to detail to resolve issue with brand new generator installation. He took the time to provide details and explanation of what occurred. Generator was tested and verified fully operational when he completed the service call. Premier Generator installed generators at both of our homes. Great service and great attention to detail at both sites. Their tech. 'Charlie' came out yesterday to perform a PM on our generator and took the time to check over everything and perform the latest software updates. A wonderful tech, very knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant to talk with too. Love the service we get and appreciate his attention to detail while onsite with us. Side Note: As luck would have it we lost power last night for an hour and a half due to an accident in town. We were one of only two homes in our entire neighborhood with lights/TV on! Really love this Kohler 20Kw and the service provided by Premier!!! Fantastic!!!! Thanks again Charlie ... Regards Rad Williams

Charlie was very informative of what he was doing when serving the 1 year tuneup on my Kohler standby generator. He explained how to view and adjust the settings on the control panel and to reset it after a problem arises.

I chose this company for my generator purchase and installation. Brandon was great and pressure- free during our 1st meeting. Watching all 4 staff work together together - Anthony, Quinn, Matt and Jamison was really a pleasure. They were all professional and friendly and kind. They came in started working and did not stop until the project was done. I was super impressed. And they were awesome with my dog!
